Ooh, that Mexican Frittata looks SO good!!!! yum…I think I have a new addition to the menu! I made your zucchini caramelized onion socca a few weeks back, and it was absolutely delicious, so I’ll be making that too! Have a lovely Easter, Beth 🙂

Hi Beth! I’ve been following your site for the last 3 years since I was diagnosed with CD. I luv, luv everything you share. I forward your site to my friends and family to follow also because they’re always stumped on what to make for me when I’m invited for dinner. Most of the time I bring my own food. Your site has also helped them understand what CD is. Thank you, thank you! They have thanked me a million times at what they find on your site. Some have also adopted the GF lifestyle for their own health. I tell them it’s not me they should thank but it’s YOU and to follow your site. You have made food for exciting for me and I luv all your ideas. Being an Asian girl it’s difficult to explain things to my 81 year old mother. Soy sauce is a killer to me and she doesn’t understand. She’s getting better but still needs some support. I luv your new site!! Everything is so, so beautifully displayed. Bless you for sharing little aspects of your life also. I luv your doggie. Hope your settling in well to your new digs and I look forward to your next post.
    A grateful follower….glenna
